Elaine was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was incredibly helpful and patient while booking our Universal trip and was always available before and during our vacation for any questions or needs. She even surprised us with little touches upon arrival and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend Elaine to anyone planning a trip!
